General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the bk11 platform and all its services. These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of both bk11 ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any gaming or betting service on bk11. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Registration Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. The following points apply in particular:

• Each individual may open one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, identity document number, and contact information provided at registration must be genuine and valid.
• Email or phone number verification may be required to keep an account active.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's information is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bk11 is a platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain regions or countries may be restricted. Using any technical method to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of the Terms.

Account Management

3.1 Login and Security

Keep your bk11 account login credentials completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

3.2 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

bk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system advantages
• Failure to pass age verification or providing false information

3.3 Inactive Accounts

bk11 may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Users will be notified in advance of this.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

Three payment methods are accepted for depositing funds to bk11: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal time: usually 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or payment method are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms; the terms applicable during the offer period take precedence.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless separately stated.
• Wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• bk11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or strategic misuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Bets can be placed on both sports betting and casino games on bk11. Each game or betting market has its own rules. General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless it is due to a technical error.
• For bets disrupted by system errors, network issues, or other technical reasons, bk11's decision is final.
• Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds or lines may be considered void.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, log records will be used as final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. For sports betting, if an event is not completed or the minimum applicable time is not fulfilled, bets may be cancelled or refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through designated software providers. Games from various providers are available, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game's own rules and terms apply.

Fair Play and Security

7.1 Fair Play Policy

bk11 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. SSL encryption and advanced security measures are used on our platform.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or system manipulation
• Using automated bots or software for betting

• Threatening or harassing other members

7.3 Verification Process

bk11 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when required. A national identity card or passport and payment method details may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

VIP and Loyalty Program

bk11's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity on the platform. bk11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

Privacy and Data

Details on the collection, use, and protection of your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also applies on a binding basis alongside these Terms.

In brief: we only collect information necessary to provide the service. Personal information is not sold to third parties. Information may be provided in response to valid requests from law enforcement agencies.

Responsible Gaming

11.2 Third-Party Services

bk11's liability is limited for issues caused by game providers, payment processors, or other third-party services. However, we are committed to always cooperating to resolve any such issues.

11.3 Maximum Liability

Under any circumstances, bk11's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the deposit held in the user's account.

Changes & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

bk11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified as early as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Account Closure Procedure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. At the time of account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless a breach of terms is involved.

12.3 Applicable Law

The relevant legal framework shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
